Default Anyone have any experience taking Cell Salts?

I have read very positive things about Cell Salts from a few pages related to recovery from concussion and PCS and I have just ordered a bottle from the US. I bought something called Hyland's Bioplasma. I thought it's worth giving it a try because it seems to have many overall health benefits.

Does anyone have any first hand experience with cell salts (I think they're also called "tissue salts")?
