Default Calcium with Vitamin D helps!!

Meralgia Paresthetica, this is what I suffer with daily.
Water exercise, and spin classes, along with Calcium/Vitamin D supplement.
The only thing is I MUST exercise at least 6 days a week to get any temporary relief from the pain in my thighs and lower legs. This way I don't have to rely on the pain pills prescribed for me.
