Post Newbie Here

I am glad that I came across this website alot of useful information. I not sure where to thread to post this question.
I am a diabetic, controlling it thru diet and exercise. I am taking medication as well. My goal is to get off the medication all together. Right now I working out to be a bodybuilder and having diabetes becomes a challenge. I do take Whey protein, but I get confuse when it comes to supplements (vitamins). I'm not sure how much to take and what supplements are good. My other concern is that I get numbness in my hands at times. I have been reading MRSD thread and I find her to be very knowledgeable in supplements. Which supplements will help me with my diabetes and improve my body. I hoping that some recommendations on this will help deal with all the confusion I read from different company claiming their product it the one be all.
Thanks
