Default Diabetes

I have been doing some research how about B-12 Methlcobalamin and adenosyl along with folic acid. I found a product that contain all 3 and it's sublingual and it contains 5000mcg. Should just stick to the B-12 with Methlocobalamin. Thanks for all your help I will take all your suggestions and give it a try.
I changed the title to Diabetes.
By the way have a nice vacation
