Default What is the anti inflamatory diet?

This was mentioned here before. I have chronic pain and someone mentioned it might help. I think it was called the anti inflammatory diet???? Something like that anyway.

Hi Sydney. Saw your post about your CRP being about 5. I too have a high hsCRP and I have also had bypass for my heart. When my heart problems first started my CRP was over 13 It is now about 5 and I hope to get it lower. I am already on a healthy gluten free diet(mostly whole foods) and fish oil but I do need to increase exercise.

Hope you get yours lowered to a safer level.

Hello all
I am a retired Doctor.I have found that inflammation can be controlled via the use of a) the proper 'Proteolytic Enzyme" and b) taking the right amount at the right time.
My (hs) C - Reactive Protein is .31.
If you want a very low C-RP contact me for more info. Dr Merv
