Default Vitamins for Extreme Anxiety problems

What are the best vitamins for anxiety, panic attacks, depression? I have it so bad that I can't work or really function in daily life. I'm on an OCD/Antidepressant med for my hypochondria and Kholonopin when I need it but I'm really trying to figure out the best things that can help naturally. Also, any good things for cysts? I have a pineal cyst that in my other post I've gone over but more so for a cyst on my face that got infected and it's still there
