Default MSM and Pain Reduction

I read so many posts about so much pain and many taking so many pain drugs. I try to keep the pain meds to a minimum as I just don't want more toxins added to my body.

I deal with Fibro, bodywide OA and a mess from hip replacement.

I've been taking MSM powder for many years, forget how many, but a lot. I own a book on the Miracle of MSM....

A person on an RA group talked about taking MSM to help reduce his pain issues....taking higher doses is what he takes as do I...1 tsp of powder is about 5 grams so I get usually 15 to 20 grams per day.

I think this MSM keeps my pain levels in more control. I still have pain but ibuprofen and pain rx herbal get me thru my 24 hrs....pain is manageable.

So I'm thinkin the MSM helps with all this pain.
