Default 18 Benefits of Castor Oil

Time to post this here.

I've used CO, off and on for years, and went back to it. Reading more again on it's many benefits, thought I'd share here....from skin, hair, feet (soften them), joints...it's an anti inflammatory and anti bacterial and many use it for constipation, I have not as I use higher dosing of magnesium thru the day. I'm using it again to help with joints. And it's very affordable.

Since I'm back on CO more aggressively, I notice now that when I'm feeling more pain and joint and nerve areas of my right leg/thigh, I do a good rub of CO and the pain lifts nicely. CO is so inexpensive and I'm seeing more and more benefit now. I use a lot of topicals I've found over the last 4-5 yrs or more, but the CO is surprising me happily.

Don't wear clothing that you care too much about.
