Still going strong with Topricin and working to save myself from knee surgery. And use the Topricin on shoulders and lower back, use a toothbrush to rub it where I can't reach.

Lately, I've been adding some drops of DMSO and Myrrh drops which are both used for pain. Giving my Topricin a little more UMPH. This works for me, but I experiment a lot to keep myself going.
