Default My vitamin and Mineral stack - together or separate?

Hi everyone. I am enquiring here to know information about vitamin and mineral supplementation. I am currently attempting to go on boxing tournament. So basically i am doing boxing, along with weightlifting, and other supplemental training routines. I am also lifting weights. I need advice with the supplement stacking, in another words - which ones need to be taken together, and which ones need to be taken separately.
I will be using this stack of supplements: A, B(whole complex), C, D3, E, K2, along with this minerals: Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, Selenium, Iron, Zinc, Cromium, Copper.
I have used multivitamin pill before, but now have decided to get most bio available kind of each nutrient, as being more of a nuissance, but also more rewarding, so i can fulfill my nutrient needs more accuratelly, due to everyday strenous activity (muscular system, cardio, respiratory, hormonal, etc.). My diet is being monitored, but i just cannot fulfill all my micronutrient needs with diet only (i got some deficiencies) hence this additional supplementation.
So along these lines, which minerals and vitamins block eachother, and which ones don't? Which ones can i consume freely together?

Thank you very much.

I can offer a couple things. Iron needs to be taken with Vit C for best absorption.

I think, calcium needs to be taken away from iron.

D3 and K2 at the same time.

I take most of what you take and spread them out thru the day... Some things I take some higher doses. So I spread them out.

I see you are missing OPC's which are pycnogenol, grape seed extract and resveratrol....I take the first 2 going on 20 yrs. I'm in good health overall and a grandma...a lot of joint issues from a long life.

Thanks for answers, i will see what can i do with this stack, i got some great effects before, for instance i took omega 3's for joint and tendon issues, due to high repetition nature of excercises, so aggravation and inflamation went away almost instantly, i took magnesium for relaxation of muscles and nervous system nad overall effects, and i fell instantly better (not a placebo), taking iodine for hormonal effects, and i got difference in that area also.
I am curerntly taking multivitamin, but i am not seeing major effect as in separate supplements i take (iodine, omegas, magnesium), so i figure its best to do it like this, since multivitamins aren't that effective, since most nutrients in them are synthetic, hence not being used in the body.
I also plan to quit coffee, since i am almost completly sure that i am deficient in whole B complex (hence lack of energy, in addition to being depleted during excercises), and i suppose that i got more deficiencies that couldnt be fixed with multivitamin and diet.

If anyone got any additional advice, i welcome it.
