ZINC PICOLINATE 50 mg daily

Glucosamine

Collagen hydrolysate

Digestive enzymes

Probiotics

Gluten free diet (this is the worst offender) and even without symptoms


Personally I do my best to avoid gluten and use all the other above except zinc picolnate...guess I'll get some.

I've been taking the Great Lakes Hydrolysate for close to a year. A lot of my online friends take it and there are tons of reviews on it. A personal friend told me about it some time ago. She takes it too.

Anyway, MORE, to the puzzle.

I need to add, Zinc Picolinate aids with absorption. I will get it. Another friend just posted about the issue with Ibuprofen use and leaky gut ....yikes. I use DGL for stomach lining protection so maybe that's helping me too.
