Just talking to another friend on this issue and we've been discussing this on the Autoimmune group here. These are important in healing the leaky gut.
ZINC PICOLINATE 50 mg daily Glucosamine Collagen hydrolysate Digestive enzymes Probiotics Gluten free diet (this is the worst offender) and even without symptoms Personally I do my best to avoid gluten and use all the other above except zinc picolnate...guess I'll get some. I've been taking the Great Lakes Hydrolysate for close to a year. A lot of my online friends take it and there are tons of reviews on it. A personal friend told me about it some time ago. She takes it too. Anyway, MORE, to the puzzle. |

I need to add, Zinc Picolinate aids with absorption. I will get it. Another friend just posted about the issue with Ibuprofen use and leaky gut ....yikes. I use DGL for stomach lining protection so maybe that's helping me too.
