To the left of this page is a list of brain supports. A bridge friend and her doctor daughter are taking Procera and the lady says she feels it's helping her. Another friend my age takes Prevagen and she claims she feels it helps. Just an FYI.... Doing some reading claims on Choline are made for brain support..Gingko too. I take a capsule of Inositol that is half Choline. Some days I take a couple a day. Also read about don't take a shopping list to work your brain, I don't take a shopping list, don't think I ever have. |

Hubby and I have had nice results with a product called PS 100. The PS is an abbreviation for a long word. If you go to the iherb website, they post reviews and you can see how helpful it has been for folks. I use the one made by Jarrow.
