Default L-Dopa Benefit of Mucuna

I first started to read about this when trying to give info to a member here who is helping his father who has Parkinsons. Reading about it more and more and reading reviews, it sounds like something I'd like to try....clearing cobwebs in brain would be energizing.

Over all my years I took three other things, two a drug and one supplement that gave me ONE DAY of a clear light feeling...ONE DAY only. The supp actually gave me 4 months but then it fell on a company issue. So it's off the market now...this was Anatabloc. I had 4 great months of feeling great on it....then it stopped working too.

The L-Dopa seems to be something to take for a week or so or less, learning how it works in your body etc. Anyway, thought I'd share it here. All the online companies sell it...iherb, lucky, swansons, amazon, healthfood stores etc....

Do your research, I know you all do. Best not to take it late in day as it can disturb sleep.

Working with foods to increase Dopamine. I've been craving watermelon this summer (it's been so hot here) and watermelon really brings me up.
