Default Nicotinamide Riboside

I just read a few studies that state this may prevent axonal damage in rats. It seems to have many other benefits as well including diabetic neuropathy. It may regulate fats.

Is anyone using Nicotinamide Riboside?

I don't know anything about this one. I do take Niacinimide for arthritis and posted about it here. Why would you be taking the NR supplement. I read resveratrol mentioned in the info I read. I've been taking my "grape" in the form of grape seed extract for 20 yrs this month.

I have axonal damage and don't want anymore. I have read that this may help prevent further loss. Plus, I can't tolerate niacin. I may not tolerate this either but I have to try.

I actually bought grape seed extract because of your reviews but haven't tried it yet.
I love your spunk and I want what your having.
