I've never used this product but for me it's keeping the magnesium and potassium levels good and optimal.

I'd not heard of it before but it looks as if it's apple cider vinegar (with the mother), natural ginger and garlic juice.
They have it on iHerb btw. There are reviews there if you want to read them. Try eating more of foods like kumara, avocado, papaya and lentils. I don't get leg cramps but have had restless leg syndrome most of my life on and off and I find magnesium helps (as well as a few other little tricks I've learned to help keep at bay. |

Have had a few episodes of legs cramping since I started this thread. But I have developed something new. My toes hurt. Sometimes they are numb and they burn, especially when my feet are cold. When I warm them up they hurt and turn purple and swell up. The bottoms of my feet hurt right to the bone. Has anyone heard of this?

My toes move sideways by themselves. Kind of squishing together and boy do they hurt. Just happens when I lay down. What IS this?? It really hurts.

Yesterday I went shopping and by the time I got everything up to the apt my feet were screaming; dogs were barking!!! I suffered all afternoon and into the night with the pain. Today I'm taking it a bit easier but what the heck is this?

Could be a little low in potassium. Consider looking up potassium rich foods and incorporating more in your diet. Perhaps magnesium as well. These are foods folks are commonly deficient and can cause odd and painful cramping.
