I used swansons for years and then got disenchanted with them. Calif has a regulation SB something and swansons just stopped shipping some items I use to CA. Other suppliers do not, you normally just agree to terms of the SB....issue and they all ship to CA.

pureformulas ships everything free. iherb ships free with $20 purchase. Luckyvitamins and vitacost (charge sales tax to CA) one has to buy $49 worth of products for free shipping. Amazon normally $35 purchase for free shipping unless one has prime which I don't. i like webvitamins for a couple of my supps and they are $49 for free shipping, but with them they take forever to get to CA. i've used puritan but don't care for their pp quality and otherwise their stuff is more pricey.

I've started on 5mg of MethyCobalamin, fast melt tabs a day under the tongue, and I'm using that right now twice a day now. I am then also taking Mega Benfotiamin 250mg, 2pills, twice a day. I'm also taking vitamine B50 complex, VitC, VitD, VitE, a 10 billion probiotic, and a triple omega 3, 6, 9.

Ryan, Many of us take adequate magnesium. I take it thru the day.

You are taking some good supplements as I see it. I take Omega 3 only, not 6,9.

I worked long and hard on a sleep remedy and I have it posted here maybe in this section...it's title is "that elusive sleep". I know it's in the sleep area where I posted it a while ago.

As I understand it, we can't overdose on B12, my level is about 2000 and I still take 1000mcg daily....what we don't use comes out in urine. That's what I've read.

On the thyroid, which is a major complex issue for many, me for sure. Doctors need to test T3 and T4 too.

Go slowly and take time to meditate, it helps so much. I've resolved to do 15-30 min every day after breakfast. I'm headed to do it now.

Default Dallas Guy !

First things first. Make an appointment with your primary physician to find out the problem. It sounds like you should be referred to a neurologist for a evaluation. If you have a neurological problem, the earlier it's treated the better the results. Take care Jim
