I was going to post this in the Women's area, but it's for both genders. And for all body tissues not just breasts.. This is from an MD.

Another benefit of iodine use. Mole removal. A friend on another group was talking about removing moles she has, she says she has many. Personally, I HAD one on my leg and it was getting darker and thicker, and I kept using iodine (tincture or Iosol, many use Lugols) and some days zinc oxide and the other day it finally dropped out...it got dryer and dryer and it's gone. I do NOT run to doctors unless it's critical and I can't handle things on my own.

As always, do your own work...this is my personal benefits.

The Nourishing Plot -- more info and the continuing dialogue on amount of Iodine our body needs..but we do NEED it. The U.S. RDA is very very low.
