Default Pregnenolone, the mother hormone

I've taken DHEA for many years and have posted about it here. At a point, my MD had me taking Pregnenolone and DHEA together. These "natural" hormones addresses so much and as we age they are being depleted in our bodies.

A couple are memory, depression and the list is long which is in this LEF link.

I'm going to look at this again and read more reviews on it from others.
