Default Stinging Nettle ?

I've read that it's used for many conditions . I have 2 that concern me (1) has anyone used it for joint ailments from neuropathy ? (2) To help promote muscle growth ? Any info will be greatly appreciated. I started taking 1 capsule 500 mg, twice a day yesterday 3-29-16. Thank you Jim

Jim, I know about stinging nettle but never have used it. Maybe I'll look at it...with the nerve damage I live with I've lost so much thigh muscle...just awful. Whole thigh is numb, so nerves have to be gone...

Reading up on nettles...wonder why I never tried it. Works for arthritis, so they tell us.
