Default Deep Tissue Oil for Pain/Inflammation

I could probably try a new supplement every for the rest of my life, especially for my joints. My daughter just gave me this one and I'm finding it pretty helpful for my knee and tissue pain. So with adding this Oil and doing daily acupuncture needles, did 3 today I'm walking a little better usually.

Interesting ingredients and I use less than suggested on bottle...but probably rub it in my knee area a few times per day. I'm sure I'll buy it for myself.
