Upped the DEPLIN Saturday
Most of the tears at bay

Manageable
I knew something was up
The tidewaters are steady
And I notice a definate change for the better
Will monitor my urine output
Doing much better
Me

Default The increase was necessary

In mine and doctors assessment
And what I need to look out for if to much folate is injested
Was o 15mg right off the top
Because of my FINDINGS
as I have been watching very closely
It is almost a month I cut it in half
I needed the increase
No doubt
I am much better
It is amazing what a decency could do to one being
And when there are other mishap that WILL ARISE
as one gets older fourty and up
The first thing to go statisticly at fourty is eyes
I am already nearsighted since fifth grade
My reading capabilities right at fourty began to fail
Just what my eldest bursts out with
"The first thing to go just because if age"
A joke
I kid you not
Having addressed this at this particular time in my life
I would hate to think how I could be before the intake of DEPLIN
I have no doubt addressing what my so called experienced one
Like my doctors
All from the very beginning
Botched
Botched
Lied to
Lied to
Not interested in finding the root of it all
Independent doctors
Five out if five screwed me in one way or another
Permanent damage
Obvious to the eye
That be the botched cancer breast augmentation
Lied to
LIED
to have been sexually assaulted when I had my first cervical fusion
Three nurses involved as they were witness to the assault
My transporter to bring me back to my room
And do what happened next
And the nurses two men and a female change of shift

Need to take meds be back to finish

This study may interest NT members who take folate supplements because they know or suspect that they have mutations in one or both copies of their MTHFR genes High folic acid consumption leads to pseudo-MTHFR deficiency, altered lipid metabolism, and liver injury in mice. - PubMed - NCBI.

While it is an animal model it suggests that high folate intake can have adverse health outcomes.

The RDA for folate is about 400 ug/day for both men and women and the Tolerable Upper Intake Level is 1 mg/day Dietary Supplement Fact Sheet: Folate — Health Professional Fact Sheet.
