Default Nutrition and Chronic Wounds + other stuff

Came across a review article which has a lot of useful information. It's specific topic is the importance of nutrition in wound healing but it also discusses nutrition deficiency and requirements in the elderly (I was searching for info on increased Vitamin B12 requirements in chronic illness).

Nutrition and Chronic Wounds

For anyone else looking for the B12 info it's in the 6th paragraph under the sub-heading: "Occurrence of micronutrient deficiency in the elderly" - but there is also info on zinc, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Protein, Fat, Arginine & Glutamine requirements in the article.
