I should have posted this link too. Even thou magnesium is not mentioned, calcium is and magnesium is needed for the proper placement of the calcium in our bodies. And too many just aren't getting ENOUGH magnesium. So many take too much calcium and they NEED more magnesium but so many doctors just don't know this.

I never leave my house without sunglasses and when it's bright in my apt, I often wear sunglasses.

I think this mag info deserves it's own thread since it's about cataracts.
