I've read that pyridoxine (the most commonly prescribed form of vitamin B6) can be neurotoxic, but is that also the case for pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (P5P)? P5P is the active form of vitamin B6.

I can't answer that but if I wanted to know I'd call the Product specialist at either Life Extension, Now Foods or Jarrow as I know t hese 3 companies offer support to questions on products. Good luck with that. Their toll free numbers can be found at their links.
