Default 4 Forms of B12 Video Hydroxy B12 recommended for Fibro & autoimmune

Good info here. I take Methylcolobamin but will try the Hydroxocobalamin that this N.D. recommend for Fibro patients and others with autoimmune issues. He says this form reduces nitric acid.

Here is the video.

Advanced Orthomolecular Research AOR, Classic Series, Hydroxy B12, 6 Lozenges - iHerb.com

A friend sent me this and I thought I'd share it here. Do your research as always. Listen to the info. Good to hear this.
OA onset at 18, now 79. Fibro onset at 61, Hip Replacement "mess" 72 (nerve damage, IT band damage, shorter leg). Otherwise, pretty good health.

Most important supplement: grape seed extract
