Default 4 Forms of B12 Video Hydroxy B12 recommended for Fibro & autoimmune

Good info here. I take Methylcolobamin but will try the Hydroxocobalamin that this N.D. recommend for Fibro patients and others with autoimmune issues. He says this form reduces nitric acid.
