I'd take some thiamine. One capsule of benfotiamine should be enough daily.
The B12 is mostly okay. But I would try the methyl form incase your measurement is picking up mostly non-activated methyl. If you were taking a multivit... and didn't stop it, then some B12 may be part of the result, and not accurate to decide upon. Doctors don't test E normally, so I would still try some for 2-3 months.
