Default Improve Mood, Cognition, Memory, Sleep - L Tryptophan

I truly didn't realize the huge benefits of this amino acid and I've recently found it to be a god-send for those middle of the night wake ups and not getting back to sleep, now I get right back to sleep. But in research it more I'm finding it increases serotonin which supports Mood and what I've mentioned above.

I take 500mg at 10:30PM with my other sleep stuff and now will take it in the morning and see how I fare during the day with it... best on empty stomach.

I don't know about those taking Anti depressant drugs as this amino increases serotonin and if you take A/D drug there could be a conflict,,,but don't know....do research...

I don't take A/D drugs and don't want to..so maybe some can even get off the drugs if they find this amino works for them.

It's exciting to find something that really works.
