I meant to ask in an earlier post- did you have cold hands and feet before you started taking grape seed extract?

Hi, I have been taking iodine supplements for the last year or so and noticed that I am not cold all the time this last winter like most winters. I am sure that is what has helped, before I was ALWAYS cold and I even had bought some inside gloves because of it. I dont eat much fish or seafood and I am sure the farmland near where I live is deplete. 2% luguol's is what I buy and take 2 to 3 drops with morning coffee. Hope that helps

Welcome, Cinder2065!

It sounds as if you've found a solution to a problem you'd been having.

I do have a question for you though. I'm not sure what you mean when you say "...I am sure the farmland near where I live is deplete." Maybe there was a typo?
