I started taking glutamine as part of new regime to build up my immune system and help with my other fibro like symptoms. I forgot that I took glutamine several years ago until I started getting a migraine yesterday. Unfortunately, I had already taken another dose. I took all of my supplements to my naturopath for her approval. I verified with her that she had prescribed glutamine to me back in 2003 and that I did get migraines from it.

So I checked today about whether glutamine is related to MSG. Indeed it is. I noticed that I get the same kind of migraine from glutamine that I get from Msg.

Does anyone else have this problem?
