Default Vit D and Covid and the Deficiency Factor

I hear from So Many FrontLine doctors and other doctors too on the Vit D deficiency and all the covid cases etc. Here is a very good link from Canadian Doctors on Covid and they talk so much about the NEED for Vit D.. For prevention and also for Healing from Covid.

On the above info, and since the link is not there, maybe you can find it if you look for it. One doctor from B.C. talks about the healing power of Vit D and that 60K daily would get a person well if they are dealing with covid. So much fear on the covid and these doctors are so re-assuring. This kinda reminds me of often an MD will prescribe 50K weekly of D when a patient comes in very deficient. One can even buy 50K capsules of the D3.. My routine daily is 5-10K units of D3 and D deficiency is said to be a missing element in contracting covid.

I take 5,000IU/day of vitamin D3. My doctor has recommended this high dosage because of my MS. People shouldn't just take this much without checking first with their doctors, I'm sure.

Here is what the AARP has to say on this topic (May 6)--"Vitamin D and COVID-19: What the Doctors Know (and Don't Know) So Far":

The Latest Research on Vitamin D and COVID-19 Prevention

I felt my very best when my D level got to 80 on a 20-100 range, and it dropped big time with hip replacement and I've been working to get up there and can't seem to. I take 5-10K daily, and get labs once a year on D. But maybe too the knee infection I had in 2016 and knee clean out is keeping my D down. Hard to know.

I recently made a Post on SAD and it's so much related to Vit D deficiency and I and many others believe many are dead from being deficient in Vit D during this C19 saga we are living thru, trying to live thru, many have harder times than others.
