Default NAC Benefits for this Covid Virus Issue

I have a good friend who takes it daily for her immune system.

Others are jumping on it to "detox" their bodies as they've done the vaxxes and are having issues and want to clean their bodies.

There is a lot of info on this antioxidant and I'll just post this one link.

Studies show N-Acetyl Cysteine supplement can protect against COVID-19

Personally I don't take it, I have other antioxidants that work for me and I do no vaccines.

Default I sometimes

I sometimes take it in high doses, and it seems to help a bit, or maybe it is just a placebo. Im not too gungho on certain supplements or drugs, or revealing too much of what I do for my health on here. Cause for the most part what works for one person doesn't work for another.

There is also a thing on brocolli sprouts, because of the myrosinase that is contained in them which is supposed to help antiaging.

Like with everything, we don't know if we don't try. I get a LOT of advice and support from family and friends who I know are honest. I've had side effects from pharma drugs so steer clear.
