Default im tyring to figure out something(DMAE)

I always had trouble with my sleeping and not sure if I got this supplement DMAE mixed up with DHEA in terms of effects or safety issues, or dangers in using.

But what are the main dangers of DMAE? I guess if insomnia is one, but not necessarily everyone taking DMAE gets that. Just like everyone who takes Ritalin or Adderall, doesn't necessarily have trouble sleeping. I thought it was a supplement that was on those do not try this list, similar to Yohimbine which is mentioned as a dangerous supplement by consumer reports.
