Default Alpha Lipioc Acid and hiatal hernia ?

65 year old - I started taking ALA about four months ago for neuro support because I have Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS)(genetic) and take Ropinirole for it. I also take Gabapentin for neuropathy (arms/legs), both lowest dose. I am well versed of issues related to augmentation, as doctors filled me up with drug after drug until I started researching and started taking control. I am trying to manage the RLS/neuropath discomfort by only taking a low dose meds and supplement Magnesium and ALA. However, an endoscopy identified a small hiatal hernia. I am learning to manager acid reflux, but believe the ALA may not help it. I researched ALA with hiatal hernia and didn't come up with much... I found NeuroTalk by pure accident and think it will help me more through good feedback... soo what say you about ALA and hiatal hernia? Thanks in advance.
