Default Vivid dreams & B vits
Has anyone else noticed having very strange/vivid dreams when taking lots of B vitamins? I would never have connected the dreams to the vits except I read it on another web site.

These dreams are just before I wake up. Not scary or awful, just seem to have little connection to my real life!

At least I sleep OK & for that I'm very grateful
