Do you think the time of day when you take the B vitamins would make a difference with how they might affect your dreams?
Thanks

Well scrabble... the only time of day effects I have seen people report are
that it is best to take the B-complex in the daytime--early. They can keep people up at night (but not all respond this way). The effects on neurotransmitters are subtle and long lasting. I think length of time using them, daily is more predictive. In other words, taking a vit here or there may not impact the dreaming as much. But taking them regularly, will enhance neurotransmitter synthesis, and hence, increase activity. B6 is the one most often cited as enhancing dreaming. People who have low B6 levels, or pyroluria often do not remember their dreams.
