Has anyone here ever heard of a candida cleanse? Through all my many visits to the doctors, trying to get my symptoms under control, someone suggested that I could have candides (not sure how to spell that). I was just wondering if anyone had information about this?

I use a similar sounding product called Yeast Cleanse by Solaray.
I combined it with a garlic complex and probiotic and noticed results in a short period of time(1-3 wks) In regard to Candida Cleanse. I tried it awhile ago and did not notice any change. It is possible I didn't use it long enough to get results. I believe it comes also as a kit combined with a probiotic. |

Thanks for your reply. I was told if there is alot of yeast in your body it can keep you from absorbing vitamins.

Yes the yeast can interfere with absorbtion... Make sure with any cleanse you are eating no starch( wheat rice ) no yeast .... think veggies and protein as some fruits help yeast grow...
I have used many different ones and all help in different ways... Research different companies/// |

Yeast can be so tricky to get rid of, so a cleanse is definitely a good idea. One good one that I know of is the Whole Body Yeast Balance by Enzymatic Therapy. It also comes with a probiotic (in the form of acidophilus). Also, whenever you have a yeast problem, it's good to cut/limit carbs and sugars until it's under control, since this is what yeast feeds on.
Also, it's always a good idea to be taking a probiotic all the time anyway. It will help prevent yeast, as well as many other issues. Keeping your "gut" in good health really goes a long way. |
