Thumbs up Beta-Glucon Reference

This is an extensive article touting the many uses of beta-glucon.
It mainly deals with BG in stimulating the immune system against
cancer but also mentions non specific uses. I distrust glowing
overly optimistic articles like this but my own experience
bears it out.

The words I was looking for in my previous post was well being.
I felt an enhanced feeling of well being after taking this stuff.

Lightbulb here is another monograph,

with citations, so you could conceivably look them up:

I really don't know the answer to the anxiety issue.

Thumbs up Beta-Glucan

Good reference. It might also explain why I get inconsistent results.
If my immune system is overactive I am pushing that activity too far by
taking it. If my immune system is depressed I am activating it
and thus the feelings of well being. There has to be an adjunct
vitamin or herb to be used with it to further enhance the results.
B-12?

Default Summery of my experience with beta-glucan

I have found that taking beta-glucan by itself will not relieve my anxiety.
Decent sleep minus caffeine, alcohol, sweets, caff/decaf drinks
will give minimal relief of social anxiety. Combining these
two sentences equaled big relief and well being.

Hope someone can duplicate this and hopefully get something from it.
