Arrow Does Zyflamend/ and other herbs interact with any of my meds?

How do you find out?

I take Gabapentin 2700, Elavil 37mg and Valium 10mg as my main nerve drugs, and when the pain is bad Oxy-10-20mg.

I also have a mixture of Tumeric and Bromelian that I want to take as I am something other than naproxen for inflammation, but need to know if there are any interactions before I take

Also, I assume if I begin taking it, I imagine in may take months/weeks until I notice improvement is that right? Could I take a low dose of Naproxen while "waiting" for it to" kick in"?

thank you so much.
