Ok so i can take the sublimal and skip the shots? I do take folic acid every day except for my chemo days. Thanks for your help

Cyanocobalamin is synthetic and not natural to the body. Some people have problems with the cyanide portion and cannot convert it. So we have a good source now of the activated form
methylcobalamin.

jodee, i am presuming when you are saying "sublimal" you mean under the tongue....which is sublingual......and yes many persons can take B12 by mouth successfully....as mrsd pointed out, on an empty stomache
