Confused anyone try kinoki detox foot pads?

anyone try kinoki detox foot pads? i heard about these and seemed like a good idea, but also seemed like snake oil. so i looked it up on google and they had a big forum where people discussed it. I read most of the posts, and some had me convinced that it could work, or worked. and Most had me convinced that it was a sham, and that the pads reacted to something in your sweat and that's what made it turn colors.

We have discussed this on PN forum...

I believe that these detoxifying foot pads are pure bunkum.

Default Analyze Toxin Removing Foot Pads

Has anyone analyzed these things? I actually tried a brand that had a distinct odor of stale tobabco, not smoke, tobacco. Now I haven't been around a smoker for 30 years so it didn't come from me. I am suspecting they are giving you a hit of nicotine, maybe that makes you feel better?
