Shelly do you still see positive results?
Mrs D if you see this do you have any thought on the kaprex for long term use and the magnesium glycinate for long term how much would be good and is it as absorbed as well as slow mag? I know the oxide is useless pretty much from what I read and you had told me.

Hi Daniella,

Had to take 2 days off from it because I had minor surgery. Back on today and again within hour of taking I feel less pain.

I'll start to pay better atttention now that the surgery is over.

How is it for you?

For me I am in worse pain these last days but I think it is just my flare up and also from my muscle pull making my legs feel worse and the back really hurts from the pull. I will keep trying I guess with the combo of other supp too. How are you feeling from surgery?

I think she (Sue) and of course correct me if I am wrong that it took 6 weeks to see the benefit of kaprex? I was wondering if it takes time like other supp to work. I don't think it can hurt but of course I may be wrong again so I am going to keep. Just wonder why more people on here have not tried it. Maybe will be lucky here and find a huge relief.

I am not expecting much and it says 2 a day and so is this safe to take everyday 2 a day as well?Is there any issue with this making me worse or side effects? What I read no it may just do nothing but want the opinion of here cause you all have so much knowledge. Thank you

Wow I wrote this a long time ago. That is depressing. Anyhow I did not continue with the Kaprex so can't give feedback on it. It was not that had any negative happen just that I was taking a lot of pills and did not feel any benefit. I think the holistic doctor I saw suggested kaprex. I hope your mom gets relief
