Default EPA:DHA supp vs Fish oil supp?

What is the difference and which is better? I have fish oil pill that are for 2 epa 432mg and dha 288mg. Then I have a supplement called epa:dha 6:1 that is for 1 pill 500mg of epa and the dha is between 25 and 100. I have no clue and was wondering which one is better.I have not heard much about gla supplements and was wondering the benefits if them.
