Default Probiotics

Hi,
I'm trying to find out when is the best time to take probiotics. I always thought it was with food, but am reading conflicting information on this. Is it okay to take with food, or better on empty stomach for best effectiveness?

Thanks
Faith

Lightbulb I don't think it matters...

But I would do the empty stomach... fiber may trap the organisms to some
extent.
