Default Cq10

I have Parkinson disease. I hear Cq10 is good for protecting brain cells but this at a high dosage. A friend of my has a bad hear and says that Ubiquinol is same as ubquinone but is much easier to absorb, Thus the dosage for ubiquinol is a lot less. Doe anyone know about this ?
