Default breathing problems, herbal remedies

I recently had worsening of my breathing symptoms, so because of researched breathing and figured out I was breathing incorrectly. In fact I was eating air, instead of breathing regularly, lots of people do this unconsciously and don't even realize they are doing it. I also figured out that drinking carbonated beverages increases the chance that u would swallow air. So I decided to drop this addiction to these type of beverages, even though i absolutely love them.

I mean I guess I am somewhat breathing, because I am up and doing stuff, so most of the time it happens during inactivity. So is there anything I can do for these breathing problems, I mean I am taking inderal, but are there any herbal remedies etc??
