Default Vitamin D cream

Have recently seen some email newsletters on Vit D cream. Although one I saw had squalene in it which I know is controversial in vaccines.

Any thoughts anyone on a Vit D cream?

Vit D cream is relatively new. (A form of this has been on the market for psoriasis however--called Dovonex).

Squalene has been in high end skin creams for some time. It is controversial, as one source is shark...and some places are discontinuing it for environmental reasons. Squalene is also in olive oil.

It is when it is injected that it becomes sensitizing and harmful (as in vaccines).

Ah good to know...Squalene is from shark ie seafood.

Ok going to avoid this for now as I just had some allergy testing done and I am at the high end of the allergy scale for being allergic to all fish. Explains why I never felt any better when taking high doses of fish oil.
