Many months ago I started this thread, asking "They analyze dirt, why not a human?"

While searching for some info in my old medical records, I found that the Air Force did a
CHEM 2 PANEL on me Jan 18, 1987.

I was high on Creatinin H
Chloride L. Low
Phosphate L Low

Everything else was in the Expected Value Range.......whatever that was. For those of you who are not familiar with Military Pilots/Navs/etc. --- we NEVER pass out. You would have been grounded in the old days. Under the new criteria??? Who knows? My Chem 2 panel
was taken in the ER on a day I didn't pass out.

I don't know what most of the things were/are, but I can now take them to my PCP and ask him if they can run a CHEM 2 PANEL and see how they compare???? I am due a physical
in a few weeks. I am detoxing off morphine right now, so I am afraid nearly every molecule in my body is in rebellion. No morphine since July 19th and I haven't ran away from home.
All kidding aside, my brain does NOT miss it. My body was dependent, my brain never liked it. The doctor said I will be totally detoxed in 60-90 days because my fat cells store the opiates, then release them when my body says it needs them. Go figure.......

BTW, I found my first Air Force Physical from July 1, 1963, I was just 17 when I went in.
