Default B-12 supp w/ no sweetener/sugar? liquid?

Hello all,

I've been taking oral methyl B-12 tabs for a while now, but I've been having trouble w/ reactive hypoglycemia, and I find that the tabs sometimes make my blood sugar swing too much. This can especially be a problem since I try to take it on an empty stomach.

Jarrow brand uses xylitol instead of a "real" sugar, and those have less of an effect. But even that can sometimes be a little much. And they take forever to dissolve, which is annoying (although maybe better for my blood sugar response).

Has anyone had good luck with a sublingual tab or liquid B-12 that contains no sweetener of any kind?

Thanks!
