1. Is there aywhere (in England) that I can buy fish oil (NOT fish liver oil)/EPA&DHA capsules without gelatin? I know Holland & Barratt do fish liver oil with V-caps, but I can't find any of what I want without gelatin. I know flaxssed can help with EPA levels, but it's not as effective.
2. The magnesium citrate tablets I have are really big to swallow and they hurt every time I do so. Do you think it's okay to chew them? Thanks in advance
